Looking to cover just the basics? Or are you looking to round out information from other classes you are already taking? Add on one or all of our a la carte sessions to fill in any gaps, and bolster your birth and parenting prep!

Comfort and Coping: An in-depth discussion, as well as lots of hands-on practice, of a wide range of comfort and relaxation strategies. We will cover an array of both medical and non-medical stratgegies to help you stay relaxed and present throughout your birth experience. This class is appropriate for all birthing families-whether you are planning to birth with or without pain medication.

Newborn and New Parent Care: Learn about what to expect in the hours and weeks after meeting your baby. This class will cover the logistics and emotional adjustments to consider and how to prepare for the postpartum period. We will include information on how to care for your baby and yourself as you both acclimate to your new normal and recover from birth.

Feeding Baby: Learn about options and strategies for feeding your newborn. Frequently asked questions, strategy, and care for the whole family are considered and covered in this course.
